Owner and Operator Jay Coviello has been in the
floor care industry for over 15 years. He began in the
Orlando, FL area during his college days cleaning and restoring the flooring for some of
the most well known resorts, restaurants and theme parks.
Jay has been through extensive training and certification via
the The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration
Certification (http://www.iicrc.org)
for both carpet and hard surface flooring. You can be sure
the job will be performed by a true professional who cares about
his business and reputation.
We
proudly use the Steamway Legacy 2100 (www.steamway.com)
unit that has a 230,000 BTU heater (Twice the size of most
home furnaces) which maintains
solution temperatures up to 250F (121C) to help sanitize
and reduce the use of excess detergents. A REAL
STEAM which means a lot of water is not soaking your
carpet, the soils are whisked away, and germs are
killed.
For hard surface
flooring we utilize state of the art tools such as the
Hydro-Force SX-12, SX-7, Mytee Redline Spinner and Gekko detail units.
All housed in our
large 16 foot tandem axle work trailer which allows us to carry more
equipment and supplies than the "van" guys which means
we can do a job better and more efficiently.
