Carpet Cleaning

Our carpet cleaning service includes the following:

  • Dry extraction of dirt, dander and other allergens and pile lifting for final cleaning.
  • Pre-treatment of stains and traffic areas with the proper cleaning agents.
  • A true steam cleaning of all surfaces to disinfect and clean your carpet like new.

We bill at $0.35 per square foot. We do this so you are charged in a fair manner for the actual carpet area being cleaned and not "per room".   To calculate how much a job will cost simply measure and multiply the length and width of your room and then multiply that by .35.

Example:  A room that is 11 feet by 13 feet.  11 x 13 = 143sf.  143 x .35 = $50.05

Tile, Grout and Stone Cleaning

Tile, grout and natural stone cleaning includes the following:
  1. Chemistry test to verify the type of material we are dealing with.
  2. A scrubbing with an alkaline cleaner to remove any oils, fatty acids and dirt buildup.
  3. A 1500psi power steam wash and extraction. (We pressure wash and extract in one clean swipe with no mess in your home)
  4. *A scrubbing with an acid etching solution to deep clean the grout and/or tile to a like new condition. (*Not all applications require acid etching and the pricing reflect as such.)
  5. A second 1500psi power steam wash and extraction and final rinse.

We bill at $0.75 to $1.50 per square foot depending on the condition of the floor and whether or not we need to acid etch.  We can discount for high volume and open areas.   This type of cleaning cost more as the chemicals and equipment are expensive and the technique is very time consuming. (We basically do the same job three times over.).  We do not cheat by skipping any process as many do to show a "lower" price.  Your floors are properly cleaned right and bright.

To calculate how much a job will cost simply measure and multiply the length and width of your room and then multiply that by .75 or 1.00.

Example:  A room that is 11 feet by 13 feet.  11 x 13 = 143sf.  143 x .75 = $107.25

Grout Sealing and Dying

Grout sealing and dying includes the following:
  • Turbo-Stick application of Stonetech (www.stonetechpro.com) sealer.
  • Wipedown of all surfaces after sealer has been absorbed

For clear sealer applied after we perform our cleaning service we bill at $0.50 per square foot.  For sealing a newly installed floor we bill at $0.75 per square foot.
For dying after our cleaning service or on a newly installed floor we bill at $1.50 per square foot for the sealer and coloring.

To calculate how much a job will cost simply measure and multiply the length and width of your room and then multiply that by .50, .75 or 1.50.

Example:  A room that is 11 feet by 13 feet.  11 x 13 = 143sf.  143 x .50 = $71.50

*Note that sealer can NOT be applied to a soiled floor.  It must be applied to new construction or a properly cleaned floor such as our tile and grout cleaning above.
